Initially as there are no legal complications a businessman can focus on the monetary resources and get profits. With the passage of time if legal issues are not underlined the problems can turn into giants that you would not be able to handle. These piled up problems would affect the efficiency of your work and result in lowering down of profitability and productivity. Initially a new businessman is quiet enthusiastic but later such problems can ruin everything and demoralize the staff and the owner. One of such issues that are not address at the starting stage of business includes payroll process as well. This process is not merely a process of delivery of pays to the employee, but it also includes tax and other legal issues. One of the major issues that a businessman faces is the delivery of payroll in time. If the process is not completed in time the efficiency of the employee is affected directly or indirectly. When you hire a new employee, he wants to stay with you in the initial period of probation. Nut later when he gets experienced he starts to expect from the company. He wants to have a mental peace and this mental peace comes from the type of response you give him in return to his time that is invested in the company. If an employee works for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week he would be investing 40 hours every week, and about 160 hours a month. At the end of the month after such a tiring job he would expect to get paid in time if not done so it would result in brain storming. For meeting the need of the business and the employees’ payroll process should be outsourced.
